Assessing Our Fit

To find out if we click, we’ll ask you…

  • Why do you want to start this project, and what business goals would it empower you to achieve?
  • Do you have a budget in mind? Who owns the project, and who needs to be at our first meeting?
  • Is this a new type of project for your business, or have you done something similar before?

If everyone’s on board, we’ll schedule a meeting to start digging into the business problems you need solved.

Our First (Short) Meeting

To find your best solution, we need to know the “Why?” behind your project – the challenges you face and the risks we need to overcome.

In this short meeting, we’ll find out what success looks like for you to get a clear understanding of what it’ll take to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

We may ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement so that we can get an in-depth understanding of your business model and financials. And finally, we’ll briefly review your monetary goals to determine if the payoff will outweigh your cost.

Roadmapping Session

These intensive sessions can go for up to 6 hours or more and are designed to sort out the specific “how” of getting your problem solved.

Before we meet, you’ll be given a roadmapping overview, showing you exactly what we plan to discuss so that you can be prepared to make the most of our time together.

The Statement of Work

Within a few days of completing this session, we’ll send you a summary of every key takeaway discussed during our roadmapping session, along with proposed budgets and timelines for you to review.


We’ll have weekly follow-up calls where we will outline our progress – or, you can drop us a line any time to get answers to any questions you might have.

We deliver a detailed monthly report, written in plain English, and review it with you and your team so there’s no mystery behind the numbers and everyone is clear on our next steps.
